Bob put away recycling into the bin for his apartment complex which was on the West Side of the building but could barely fit it in because it was so full

The next day Bob went to put away recycling and the bin was moved to the North Side of the building but was completely full

This was a giant bin was so large no normal human could lift it and it could not be moved without a special machine when it was emptied into the recycling truck

Has reality changed for Bob?  Did Bob enter a different parallel dimension?  Was this a paranormal or supernatural event?  Was Bob in the matrix?

Probably they just moved it and forgot to empty it.
